MTX20 Extended Hitch Connection
An extended square 2ā hitch connection provides an additional 11ā distance from the vehicle to the motorcycle hauler. Works for larger spare tires and RVs with recessed hitches under the bumper. Places platform from 18ā-31ā from the vehicle. Adjustable in 2ā increments. Works on MTX carriers Max+, Max, Sport & m3. Not compatible with Mini bike racks.
Note:Ā The Extended Hitch Connection does not change or reduce the weight capacity of the carrier itself but you should limit the total weight on your hitch to 85% of it's weight capacity. For example, if your hitch has a tongue weight capacity of 500 lbs., you should now consider it to be 425 lbs.
